Get the lowdown on the NEW Festival PLUS

At Futurescape we launched our new turf grade, LT8 Festival PLUS to the landscaping industry.

It went down a storm and caught a lot of inquisitive people’s eyes as they walked around. This was not just because it was new to our stand. The feedback we received was that it looked that good, it actually looked fake, they couldn’t believe it was real! Lets face it, REAL turf ALWAYS looks better than artificial! I think we definitely proved that at the show in November.

I feel that this is a great time to add that all the products that are grown at Lindum HQ are plastic FREE and 100% biodegradable including the Wildflower & Sedum Mats for landscaping and green roofs.

Back to the Festival PLUS. We have so much to say about this exciting new grade which has been added to our extensive range of landscape, golf and sports turfs.

This grade is a show stopper across the board. It can be used as a premium alternative to LT7 Festival turf as it is very hardwearing and can cope being mown a little shorter (given the right maintenance) which gives a more uniformed finish to domestic lawns and parks. It is great for walkways and high foot traffic areas in gardens and on golf courses too. In the New Year we have clients who are keen to try it on a golf tee! Through trials it has proven to be very drought tolerant on golf courses and it has worked fabulously around the side of a drainage pond at Shipley Golf Club through the very warm summer we experienced this year. From start to finish it has looked and performed immaculately.

The response we are getting from this new product is brilliant, we have a serious soft spot for it ourselves! Its deep emerald green appearance is so appealing and it is extremely hardwearing with quick repair qualities.

Take a quick look at some of our client responses so far:

“It’s like nothing I have used before. It is very quick to repair, I won’t be using anything else” – Adam Tudor, Barlaston Golf Club.

“It has been very drought tolerant, it is thick and it doesn’t lose its coverage” – Nigel Graham, Shipley Golf Club.

“The turf looks fantastic, even coming into winter! Great turf! Great service!” – Andrew Bell, supplied through All Turf Ltd.

We can’t wait to see it shine bright in gardens and on golf courses in 2019!

Your next chance to see the LT8 Festival PLUS turf is at BTME, Harrogate International Centre on 22nd – 24th January 2019.
