To schedule your delivery, select your preferred delivery date at checkout at least 3 working days in advance to avoid unforeseen delays. Orders are delivered Tuesday to Friday. We aim to deliver before 1pm on the day of your delivery.
Deliveries will be kerbside with tail lift offload with manual pallet truck. It must be hardstanding, flat level ground, and have access for 18T HGVs. If you have any concerns regarding access, please contact us prior to placing your order. We only deliver to UK Mainland and some postcodes may not be eligible for next day delivery.
It is important to ensure the rolls of turf are laid on the day of delivery. Turf should not be left on the pallet for a long period of time as this can damage
